Capstone serves Walker County, Alabama and surrounding area populations by providing comprehensive primary care services that treat illness, as well as promote & maintain health. Capstone incorporates prevention and health promotion, treatment of illness, and management of chronic diseases - often all during the same visit. At Capstone Rural Health Center, we are far more than just health care providers.
