The La Plata Community Clinic provides quality, respectful integrated health care -medical, dental and behavioral - for those who are uninsured and lack other access to healthcare in La Plata County. Our goal is to create a healthier community, one patient at a time. The Clinic is an independent organization, not affiliated with any other institution. We are in the process of becoming a stand-alone 501c3 non-profit corporation. This is not a “free clinic”. Every patient is expected to pay according to a sliding scale discounted fee schedule based upon their eligibility level. This may be as low as $5.
