The PAVHC was established in 2003, aims to provide basic health care and related services for uninsured low-income people in Montgomery County. The Asian population accounts for 14.7% of the population in Montgomery County, many of which are low-income residents without insurance. Although the government and community groups provide many health and community services, many people are unable to access these services due to language and cultural barriers. The Pan-Asian Clinic is open to all Montgomery County residents, especially Asian residents with language difficulties.
