Clinic Details:A vital resource for thousands of Norwalk residents, young and old, the Norwalk Community Health Center is here for all who need us. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality medical care regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, age, health status, religion, sexual orientation, education or ability to pay. As Norwalk’s Federally Qualified Health Center, our goal is to help all community residents share good health and quality of life. In a state-of-the-art medical facility on Connecticut Avenue, patients have access to comprehensive adult medicine, pediatric medicine, OB/GYN and behavioral health services. Special support services are also available such as case management services, and programs in health, nutrition, and finance. Our staff is fluent in English, Spanish, and Creole.

Women's Health Services:Prenatal care for pregnant women; Childbirth deliveries at Norwalk Hospital; Post-partum care; Gynecologic care in the office; Gynecologic surgery at Norwalk Hospital by NCHC surgeon; On-site ultrasounds; Education classes for newly expectant mothers
Adult Medicine:Chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, emphysema); Management of acute illness; Physical exams; Preventive care and cancer screenings; Endocrine clinics; Infectious Disease clinic every other week for HIV/AIDs patients
Details: Our Mobile Dental Program makes it convenient for families to give their children the high quality dental care they need by bringing our fully equipped mobile dental offices and skilled dental teams to schools, WIC offices, Headstart programs, and daycares.
Details: The mission of the Americares Free Clinics is to provide quality health care to low-income, uninsured patients in a setting where all individuals are treated with dignity and respect.
Details: The Day Street Community Health Center started as Norwalk Smiles in 2007, offering dental care for all ages, behavioral health services for children and mobile dental services in 26 locations throughout Norwalk, including in every school, three pre-school readiness programs, Head Start program locations and Norwalk WIC. In October 2010, Norwalk Smiles became the Day Street Community Health Center, offering comprehensive primary medical, dental and behavioral health services for all ages. The center also provides assistance with application for public insurance and other support programs and remains the hub for mobile dental services offered throughout Norwalk.
