Women's Health Services:Preventive and Wellness Care including routine annual exams including pelvic and breast exams; PAP Smears; Immunizations; Contraception (temporary and permanent); Adolescent Health ; Prenatal, Labor and Delivery, and Postpartum Care; Infertility;

Details: No one should be without medical care because they cant get to a facility. Our Mobile Van visits 11 sites in Hartford to ensure that medical and dental health care are available and accessible to the people of Hartford. Medical staff on the van provide physicals, sick visits, immunizations, chronic disease management, education and medication management; the dental staff provide screenings, and cleanings.
