We have agreements to deliver health services during hours that homeless people are present at key homeless shelters and service sites from Palo Alto to Gilroy, including EHC/LifeBuilders, InnVision, St Joseph’s, Mountain View Day Worker Center, Bill Wilson Center, Georgia Travis Center, Salvation Army and other locations. Because of the high concentration of the homeless and homeless service sites in downtown San Jose, the new Gardner Downtown Health Center is expected to increasing the number of homeless we serve from 3,000 to 4,000 individuals and increase the number of clinic visits from 10,000 to 13,000 for individuals and family members who happen to be homeless.
