Details: The Health Resource Center of Cincinnati, Inc., known in the community as the HRC, is a nurse managed clinic providing affordable health care for low-income, indigent, and homeless adults and transitional youth with serious and chronic mental, emotional, behavioral, and/or substance use disorders. We provide "safety net" social and mental health services including psychiatric, pharmacological, and psychotherapeutic services as well as episodic health care medical services. Our offices in the IKRON building are conveniently located near the Over-The-Rhine residential community and the neighborhoods surrounding the University of Cincinnati. Opened since October 2012, the center has focused on serving thousands of Cincinnati public, private and parochialstudents.Operated by the Cincinnati Health Department, the OneSight Vision Center at Oyler School provides access to comprehensive eye exams, glasses fittings, adjustments and medical eye carefor childrenon government assisted insurance programs (CareSource, Medicaid, Molina, Paramount, UHCCP, Buckeye) or uninsured. The center’s staff includes 2 full-time optometrists, 2 ophthalmic technicians, 2 opticians, front desk coordinatorand an AmeriCorps team member.
