  • Clinic Details: Southwest clinic is a full-service health center that helps meet the medical needs of families and individual patients in the community. The center is certified as a Patient-Centered Medical Home, which means our team makes sure patients are actively guided through their care. Our Southwest clinic has a team of providers and staff, some of whom speak Vietnamese and Spanish, to coordinate your care and visits with physicians in family practice, internal medicine, nurse midwifery, pediatrics, psychology, psychiatry, podiatry, optometry, nursing, pharmaceuticals and social work. The Southwest clinic is conveniently located on Federal, along RTD’s Bus Route 31, and is the only Denver Health clinic outside of the main campus with X-ray and optometry and urgent care services.
