Clinic Details: Originally founded as the "Front Street Clinic" located in the heart of downtown Juneau, the Front Street Community Health Center has been providing health care for persons experiencing homelessness since 2003. Today, as an independent non-profit organization, we are proud to be the only Federally Qualified Health Center in Juneau.
