Clinic Details:Lowry clinic is a full-service health center located in the old Lowry Air Force Base neighborhood, conveniently located near RTD Bus Routes 6 and 10, also serving the adjacent Denver neighborhoods of Montclair and East Colfax. Our care team, which was first established in 1996, includes family care specialists, resident doctors, pediatricians, a dentist, a Russian-speaking internist, psychologists and a wide variety of support staff - working with patients to help manage their health, to promote an ongoing healthy lifestyle. The center is certified as a Patient-Centered Medical Home, which means our team makes sure patients are actively guided through their care. Lowry clinic has been nationally recognized for training family physicians from the University of Colorado Family Medicine Residency Program. Our diverse patient population comes from all over the world and speaks more than 50 languages. We also provide medical screenings for newly-arriving refugees resettling in Denver County through the Denver Health Refugee Clinic (DHRC).

Details: Denver Health’s School-Based Health Centers (SBHCs) offer specialized pediatric focused care to treat most health conditions that affect school-aged children. Our services are available throughout the school year to any Denver Public Schools (DPS) student or child that attends a DPS affiliated Early Childhood Education (ECE) center within Denver County. SBHCs offer convenient care that limits the amount of time students are out of class and parent/guardians have to be off work. In many cases, students are able to get same day or next day appointments.
Details: Park Hill clinic, located on the corner of 33rd and Daliah, has been a part of the Denver community for 35 years. In that time, we have grown to serve a diverse population of more than 7,000 patients of all ages near the northern part of Denver’s Park Hill neighborhood. The center is certified as a Patient-Centered Medical Home, which means our team makes sure patients are actively guided through their care. Park Hill clinic also partners with the Colorado Black Health Collaborative, an organization committed to providing black communities with resources for sustaining optimal health and wellbeing, and the Mental Health Center of Denver, Dahlia Campus for Health and Wellness, whose mission is to enrich lives and minds by focusing on strengths and well-being, by spreading the word about all their programs available to the community. Multiple RTD bus routes surround the clinic, with frequent stops along Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard.
Details: Sewall’s Diagnostic and Evaluation Clinic conducted 68 diagnostic evaluations for children from 18 months through 10 years old. Sewall is proudly one of the only clinics providing arena style evaluations in the larger metro area, and one of two serving Medicaid-eligible families. Last year, 67 of the children served were Medicaid-eligible.

Details: Rocky Mountain Youth Clinics (RMYC) was established in 1996 by Dr. Larry Wolk, a Denver pediatrician who recognized a gap in the Colorado healthcare system that left many children without access to healthcare. Our mission is to provide accessible, affordable, high-quality health care and support programs to infants, children, and youth across Colorado regardless of their insurance status or family’s ability to pay. We have grown from a single clinic that provided approximately 2,000 patient visits a year to a vast statewide network with 12 clinics that provide more than 64,000 visits to over 24,000 patients a year. Our dedicated and highly trained staff strive to provide a true medical home experience tor patients and a welcoming and culturally responsive environment for children and families of all backgrounds. More than 85% of the children we serve live in low-income households and every year, we provide over $1 million of free care to families who are uninsured or unable to afford health care services. We treat our families with respect, compassion and understanding. In 2016, RMYC celebrated 20 years of connecting kids to healthy lives with medical, dental, and behavioral health care, nutrition and fitness education, emergency and supplemental food, early literacy and school readiness support, and linkages to community resources for other basic needs such as housing, transportation, food, and clothing.
