Details: CWFM is the clinic where…the family medicine residents and faculty care for their patients. You will be assigned to one of these physicians. Since they all have teaching or learning duties outside the clinic, they have limited clinic times. To provide uninterrupted care for you, we have four teams within the clinic. You and a group of providers are assigned to one of these teams. We make every effort to schedule you with your own doctor, but if he/she is not available, you will be scheduled with a partner of your team.

Our highly trained team of health care professionals offer a wide range of services, including: OB/GYN, prenatal, and postpartum care; Pediatric care; Dental care for kids; On-site WIC help and nutritional guidance. Details: This program provides case management, support, and referral services to HIV/AIDS patients through Ryan White funds. It also provides ongoing HIV/AIDS education to physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, and other health care providers. New Hope Clinic is a nurse-managed clinic in Yakima, WA and is a program of Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic. The New Hope Clinic provides support and referral services through a Ryan White Part C grant. It provides medical, nursing and dental care, as well as nutrition support, counseling, outreach and mental health care to persons living with HIV/AIDS in Yakima and throughout Central Washington. The mission of YVFWC & New Hope Clinic is to improve the quality of life for farm workers, the underserved, and others as we work to strengthen the health of our communities. The main goal of New Hope Clinic's contract is with the NW AETC’s Minority AIDS Initiative Program to develop and to also provide HIV/AIDS training to clinic providers who primarily serve Latino migrant farm workers with HIV or who are at high risk for HIV infection and have limited access to medical care. This includes instructional clinical training programs, as well as a Rural Nursing Preceptorship program.

We specialize in behavioral health disorders in children and adolescents and work with the family to develop a service plan and provide individualized treatment.
