Clinic Details:Sewall’s Diagnostic and Evaluation Clinic conducted 68 diagnostic evaluations for children from 18 months through 10 years old. Sewall is proudly one of the only clinics providing arena style evaluations in the larger metro area, and one of two serving Medicaid-eligible families. Last year, 67 of the children served were Medicaid-eligible.

Details: Rocky Mountain Youth Clinics (RMYC) was established in 1996 by Dr. Larry Wolk, a Denver pediatrician who recognized a gap in the Colorado healthcare system that left many children without access to healthcare. Our mission is to provide accessible, affordable, high-quality health care and support programs to infants, children, and youth across Colorado regardless of their insurance status or family’s ability to pay. We have grown from a single clinic that provided approximately 2,000 patient visits a year to a vast statewide network with 12 clinics that provide more than 64,000 visits to over 24,000 patients a year. Our dedicated and highly trained staff strive to provide a true medical home experience tor patients and a welcoming and culturally responsive environment for children and families of all backgrounds. More than 85% of the children we serve live in low-income households and every year, we provide over $1 million of free care to families who are uninsured or unable to afford health care services. We treat our families with respect, compassion and understanding. In 2016, RMYC celebrated 20 years of connecting kids to healthy lives with medical, dental, and behavioral health care, nutrition and fitness education, emergency and supplemental food, early literacy and school readiness support, and linkages to community resources for other basic needs such as housing, transportation, food, and clothing. Details: You'll find that the Denver Health Emergency Department and Pediatric ER and Urgent Care Center walk-in entrances are accessible through the main Denver Health Pavilion A entrance, which is located on the circle drive off of Delaware Street between 6th Avenue and 8th Avenue. You'll also find that Denver Health offers much more than just emergency services on our main campus, including primary care services and pharmacy services in the Webb Center for Primary Care, and prenatal care in our Women's Care Clinic in Pavilion C. We also provide outpatient Cardiology care in Pavilion A and outpatient Orthopedic services in Pavilion B. We also offer a variety of amenities and parking options for your convenience.
Details: The Webb Center for Primary Care, located on Denver Health’s main campus, is a large outpatient facility that houses primary care clinics for adults and children, as well as a dental clinic and pharmacy. The center is certified as a Patient-Centered Medical Home, which means patients take an active role in their health care and have access to care that is coordinated between different services. The Webb Adult clinic offers medical services to adults 19 and older - to meet all your primary care needs, as well as help with family planning and care for adults over 65. The Webb Pediatrics clinic provides primary care services for newborns up to 18, and is staffed by a care team that understands the needs of children. Also at Webb Pediatrics, expecting mothers can receive breastfeeding guidance from a pediatrician and nurse who specialize in nursing. The Level One Physicians Clinic, also a part of the center and located on the first floor, offers adult internal medicine and family medicine services for patients of all ages.

Our services are available throughout the school year to any Denver Public Schools (DPS) student or child that attends a DPS affiliated Early Childhood Education (ECE) center within Denver County. SBHCs offer convenient care that limits the amount of time students are out of class and parent/guardians have to be off work. In many cases, students are able to get same day or next day appointments.

Details: Eastside clinic is one of Denver Health’s largest health centers, providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages as well as OB/GYN services and prenatal care. As the oldest U.S.-community health center west of the Mississippi, Eastside clinic has been caring for generations of patients since 1966. The center is certified as a Patient-Centered Medical Home, which means patients take an active role in their health care and have access to care that is coordinated between different services such as pharmacy, mental health, social work and primary care, all in one physical location.Eastside clinic is located one block away from the RTD light rail’s D line, off of 28th and Welton, in the heart of the Five Points neighborhood.
Details: The Coalition's Health Outreach Program (HOP) was founded in 2002 to increase access to health care for the homeless. By taking health care on the road, and delivering health care in the evening hours, the HOP helps address typical barriers to health care such as lack of transportation or scheduling difficulties for the working homeless. Each week, the mobile medical clinic makes scheduled stops at homeless shelters and drop-in centers across Denver. The HOP is a gateway to engage in integrated medical, behavioral, dental, and vision care. The mobile medical clinic travels with a Medical Assistant accompanied by a Physician, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner. On board, HOP providers run two treatment rooms, a small pharmacy, and a lab. New patients are welcome to walk-in for care at any location. The primary goal of the HOP is to provide care for every patient onsite, and to encourage follow-up care at the Coalition’s Stout Street Health Center.
