Clinic Details:South Central Medical and Resource Center is a Community Health Center with the primary goal of providing health care services to the medically underserved populations living in Garvin, McClain and Grady counties. We offer general medical care and behavioral health services to adults and children. We also provide referrals for preventive dental care. It is the goal of our health center to meet the needs of individuals looking for quality health care, regardless of their personal, cultural, or financial struggles. We receive 330 grant funding from HRSA which allows us provide medical services to individuals on a sliding fee discount schedule based on an ability to pay. A patient’s sliding fee discount is determined based on the patient’s income. Proof of income is required to be brought to the facility at time of the first appointment and annually, thereafter. Additionally, we accept all private insurance including Medicare, Medicaid, SoonerCare, and others. Anyone can utilize the services of South Central Medical & Resource Center. We strive to provide the highest level of medical care to the communities we serve. It is the goal of South Central Medical and Resource Center to foster and inspire a family atmosphere, improving the health of each of our patients as well as raising the health status of the communities we serve.
