Details: Pacific Free Clinic is located at Overfelt High School in San Jose. To visit the clinic, enter the high school parking lot on Cunningham Avenue at the "Overfelt Adult Education" entrance and follow the signs. We are located at the back of the parking lot, adjacent to the tennis courts.
