Clinic Details:The Webb Center for Primary Care, located on Denver Health’s main campus, is a large outpatient facility that houses primary care clinics for adults and children, as well as a dental clinic and pharmacy. The center is certified as a Patient-Centered Medical Home, which means patients take an active role in their health care and have access to care that is coordinated between different services. The Webb Adult clinic offers medical services to adults 19 and older - to meet all your primary care needs, as well as help with family planning and care for adults over 65. The Webb Pediatrics clinic provides primary care services for newborns up to 18, and is staffed by a care team that understands the needs of children. Also at Webb Pediatrics, expecting mothers can receive breastfeeding guidance from a pediatrician and nurse who specialize in nursing. The Level One Physicians Clinic, also a part of the center and located on the first floor, offers adult internal medicine and family medicine services for patients of all ages.

Details: You'll find that the Denver Health Emergency Department and Pediatric ER and Urgent Care Center walk-in entrances are accessible through the main Denver Health Pavilion A entrance, which is located on the circle drive off of Delaware Street between 6th Avenue and 8th Avenue. You'll also find that Denver Health offers much more than just emergency services on our main campus, including primary care services and pharmacy services in the Webb Center for Primary Care, and prenatal care in our Women's Care Clinic in Pavilion C. We also provide outpatient Cardiology care in Pavilion A and outpatient Orthopedic services in Pavilion B. We also offer a variety of amenities and parking options for your convenience.

Our services are available throughout the school year to any Denver Public Schools (DPS) student or child that attends a DPS affiliated Early Childhood Education (ECE) center within Denver County. SBHCs offer convenient care that limits the amount of time students are out of class and parent/guardians have to be off work. In many cases, students are able to get same day or next day appointments.

Details: The Coalition's Health Outreach Program (HOP) was founded in 2002 to increase access to health care for the homeless. By taking health care on the road, and delivering health care in the evening hours, the HOP helps address typical barriers to health care such as lack of transportation or scheduling difficulties for the working homeless. Each week, the mobile medical clinic makes scheduled stops at homeless shelters and drop-in centers across Denver. The HOP is a gateway to engage in integrated medical, behavioral, dental, and vision care. The mobile medical clinic travels with a Medical Assistant accompanied by a Physician, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner. On board, HOP providers run two treatment rooms, a small pharmacy, and a lab. New patients are welcome to walk-in for care at any location. The primary goal of the HOP is to provide care for every patient onsite, and to encourage follow-up care at the Coalition’s Stout Street Health Center.
Details: The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless has been delivering health care for the homeless in downtown Denver for over 30 years. Our Stout Street Health Center, provides integrated health care for more than 13,000 homeless individuals each year. Opened in 2014, the 53,192 square-foot Health Center replaced the former Stout Street Clinic, an aging structure that lacked adequate space to effectively meet the complex healthcare needs of an expanding homeless population. The Health Center introduces a unique model of integrated health care targeted to the needs of homeless patients. It fully incorporates patient-centered, trauma-informed medical and behavioral health care, substance treatment services, dental and vision care, social services and supportive housing to more fully address the spectrum of problems homeless adults and children bring to their medical providers. The Health Center offers a range of health services in one suite, from one team who work closely with each other to care for our patients. Services are provided to individuals experiencing homelessness or at-risk of becoming homeless regardless of a person’s ability to pay or immigration status. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless’ (CCH) health care system is eligible for Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) medical malpractice liability protection. CCH is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b and deemed a Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).

Details: The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless Dental Clinic provides comprehensive and emergency services to families and individuals experiencing homelessness regardless of insurance coverage. The Dental team provides compassionate and professional service in a state-of-the-art facility. The experienced and friendly staff will make sure you leave with a smile. The Dental Clinic also provides outstanding care for children and teens during regular hours in a calming environment. Families, who are unable to make appointments during the day, are also encouraged to visit the Monthly Pediatrics Night, where families can access dental services, as well as primary care, eye exams, and fun activities for kids.
Details: Westside clinic provides comprehensive, supportive care for the whole family and is conveniently located near public transportation. The center is certified as a Patient-Centered Medical Home, which means our team makes sure patients are actively guided through their care. Westside clinic offers primary care services for ages newborn and up, as well as specialist services in diabetes, endocrinology, weight management, suboxone treatment and more.
Details: Sewall’s Diagnostic and Evaluation Clinic conducted 68 diagnostic evaluations for children from 18 months through 10 years old. Sewall is proudly one of the only clinics providing arena style evaluations in the larger metro area, and one of two serving Medicaid-eligible families. Last year, 67 of the children served were Medicaid-eligible.
