- Details: The Family Health Center of Floyd County started seeing patients in February 2000. The Floyd site recently became certified as a Federally Qualified Health Center under the Scope of Service of the Clark grant. The Floyd County site is a state funded Community Health Center. The FHC Floyd County is also supported by many local charitable and private donors, funded by community agencies such as Horseshoe Foundation and is a Metro United Way sponsored organization. The FHC Floyd County recently received a donation from the Floyd Memorial Hospital Foundation. We are thankful for all of our supporters in the community.
