- Details: RKM Primary Care Livingston opened its doors February 28, 2014. It became the seventh federally-qualified health center under the Primary Care Providers for a Healthy Feliciana, Inc. umbrella. The nurse practitioners provide primary care services from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Appointments are encouraged to reduce wait time, but walk-ins are welcome. Appointments are usually available the same day or the next. The clinic accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurances. We also offer a sliding fee scale based on income level and family size and accept major credit cards or cash as payment. We provide lab services on site. Dental services are provided two days per week. Mental health services that include medication management, psychiatric evaluations, and counseling are available on site. These services are provided by our mental health team, which consists of an APMHNP-BC and a LCSW. Assistance for patients unable to afford their medications is also available through the 340B Drug Program and various pharmacy assistance programs.
