Driven by the philosophy that high quality health care is the right of all people, this full service, nonprofit facility offers comprehensive, affordable and accessible health care regardless of language, cultural barriers or ability to pay. In 2004, Holland Hospital partnered with Michigan Medical, PC, a Grand Rapids-based medical provider group, to bring additional services and support to the Health Center. Combined, this partnership provides hundreds of thousands of dollars of support to the area’s most vulnerable patients.

Since 2002, we have assisted thousands in receiving life-changing services including dental, optical, counseling, diabetes support, hearing aides, foot care, medication, and spiritual care.
