If you do not have health insurance we will provide you with a sliding fee with proof of income. FCHC provides behavioral and primary care, GYN and pediatric services to patients. Additionally, FCHC patients have access to Dental, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy services and have support provided with case management, patient education and outreach activities. Operating under Section 330 of the Public Health Service Act, FCHC serves a Medically Underserved Population (MUP). FCHC is governed by Board of Directors composed of at least 51% of users of the services of FCHC.

By the Way is a neighborhood-based, comprehensive ministry working within the Lancaster community to offer hope to those in despair. Staffed by medical professionals as a non-profit clinic providing medical exams, prescription assistance, outpatient testing, social services, and nursing follow up to those who cannot afford conventional health care, By the Way is founded through the cooperation of members from over six area churches.
