Listening to the concerns of the community has served as the impetus to organize health care professionals who are like-minded people with a heart to serve those in need. By the Way is a neighborhood-based, comprehensive ministry working within the Lancaster community to offer hope to those in despair. Staffed by medical professionals as a non-profit clinic providing medical exams, prescription assistance, outpatient testing, social services, and nursing follow up to those who cannot afford conventional health care, By the Way is founded through the cooperation of members from over six area churches.

  • Details: Fairfield Community Health Center began operating as a community health center in 2009. FCHC provides comprehensive primary health care services for the insured, uninsured and/or underinsured residents of Fairfield County, Ohio. We are a Federally Qualified Health Center that will accept uninsured individuals as well as Medicaid, Medicare and Insurance. If you do not have health insurance we will provide you with a sliding fee with proof of income. We also have individuals that can assist you with enrolling in health insurance or Medicaid if you qualify. We look forward to serving you with your healthcare needs. Services are provided to people of all ages, and no one is denied access to care due to race, ethnicity, and/or ability to pay.
