- Details: Shady Cove Clinic, for many years operated by Dr. Howard Ferguson, was purchased by Kathy Finley and re-opened in 1993. Kathy has called the Rogue Valley "home" for over forty years. Although she was called away several times on health care assignments, she has always come home to the Rogue Valley. As the need for medical care in the Upper Rogue area has increase, other health care providers have joined Kathy to care for the medical needs of the community. Kathy and her staff genuinely care about each person who trusts us with their medical care.
