Comment from Damaged: If there were an option for 1/2 star, I would have chosen it. This place is a JOKE! I had an ongoing infectious disease and no other place to turn. Once a week I would show up as requested only to be greeted by a different doctor who didn't bother to share notes. It took EIGHT visits and three wasted tests at Southern Maine (another serious joke) to be told by the finally doctor that non of my labs could be found (?) and "perhaps he could recommend a psychiatrist to work out what could be delusions"!!!!!! Finally I became so seriously I'll, and infected at least a dozen other people, I had to be hospitalized for a month where I almost lost my life. To this date, neither Biddeford or Southern Maine has found ANY lab results pertaining to my case. I appreciate the good doctors, nurses, and clerical administrators that volunteer their time to help others, but there's a handful, as well as at S. Med's ER that should not practice medicine ever. I suffer PTSD due to the nightmare and perm scars I have to look at daily.
