Clinic Details:The NHA Pediatrics Community Health Center opened in October 2004 as a full-service pediatric health center and WIC (Women, Infants and Children) program site. The center provides pediatric services for newborns and children five days a week. Services are provided by caring pediatricians and a dedicated medical support team. Families who choose NHA Pediatrics for their medical care are guaranteed to receive the best medical care for their newborns and children.
Services:Pediatric Care; Immunizations for school; Youth work/sports/school physicals; Free pregnancy tests; HIV testing for age 13 and older; Flu shots; Free blood sugar checks; Free blood pressure checks; Hearing screening; Vision screening; WIC
Pediatric Services:Well-child check examinations; Vaccinations; Physical exams (sports, school and employment); Treatment of childhood chronic diseases (asthma, allergies, childhood diabetes); Treatments for accidents and injuries; Vision and hearing screenings; WIC
Operation Hours:Mon-Fri: 8:00am-4:30pm; Summer Hours (1st Monday in May through the last Friday in August) - Mon-Thurs: 8:00 am-5:30pm, Fri: 8:00am-11:30am

Details: The Riverside Community Health Center is part of Health Partners of Western Ohio, a federally qualified health center system and was established in 2003.
Details: Faithful Servants Care Center provides free urgent health care services with a Christ-like compassion for those without insurance and the economic means to access traditional medical care. We serve all age groups with minor, urgent and acute illnesses and injuries. Obstetrical and mental health care services are not provided. We do not process S.S.I. forms or perform disability assessments.
