Clinic Details:The Medina Clinic is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit medical clinic, founded in 2009, for the purpose of serving the health needs of the residents of Jackson County, Missouri and surrounding areas. We believe that to live your life fully and pursue your dreams, health and wellness are central. As a primary care clinic which specializes in chronic diseases, we want to serve all our patients with the professional medical attention that they deserve, and to do so in a friendly, supportive environment. We welcome all patients! For our patients without health insurance, we have a weekly session with affordable office visits and laboratory work at discounted costs. Board certified medical professionals staff our office, which feature a family physician, psychiatrist and women’s health nurse practitioner as well. We have a Spanish bilingual receptionist and numerous volunteers with community service in their hearts. We look forward to seeing you soon at The Medina Clinic - Your City Clinic!
Payment Method:All our regular provider office visits, including specialist services, are for a flat fee of $35. Our Quick Provider visits are $20 and offer shorter, ~30 min visits. Our online eClinic visits are only $20 and are offered on Thursday evenings.

Details: Our mobile medical clinic currently serves adults experiencing homelessness. We visit homeless shelters in the Kansas City metro every week, and participate in community events such as Project Homeless Connect. Services include blood tests, urgent care for non-emergencies and immunizations. The Swope Mobile features two exam/treatment rooms staffed with a full-time nurse practitioner, a registered nurse, and a certified medical assistant.
