Clinic Details:Our Care-A-Van program provides mobile medical and social services directly to individuals and families in need across Oahu. Using medically-equipped vans and a mobile medical clinic, Care-A-Van’s outreach teams make scheduled visits to approximately 30 locations.

KPHC is located in the heart of Kalihi-Palama; an urban, innercity community that is home to approximately 63,820 residents, many of whom are poor Asian, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Island ethnic minorities. KPHC serves more than 20,000 patients annually.
Details: Kaaahi Street Clinic: Located at the Institute for Human Services (IHS) Homeless Shelter for Women and Families, services are provided to single women and families who are guests of the IHS Homeless Shelter, single men who are accompanied by their Case Manager, and community members. Services include: adult medicine, chronic disease management, immunizations and flu shots, infant and well-child check ups, physical examinations, women’s health, psychiatric counseling and medication management for adults, and multi-axial diagnostic assessments.
