Details: ACMC is a community-based organization dedicated to providing quality medical care to low-income, uninsured and underinsured persons at a sliding scale fee. We follow the Wisconsin Department of Public Health’s guidelines for Income verification for clients who wish to take advantage of no cost or sliding scale fees. ACMC takes most insurance, however there is no copay or any other cost to clients.

Details: Access Community Health Centers and the University of Wisconsin Department of Family Medicine have partnered since July 2009 to offer a full range of primary care services at the Wingra Family Medical Center. This clinic is a residency training site for medical students who have finished medical school and are training as specialists in Family Medicine, as well as students in nursing, social work, pharmacy and psychology. Clinicians include faculty physicians, resident physicians and physician assistants. This building also houses a number of UW Health programs.
