(MHSI) is a private, non-profit organization established in 1973 that serves the health needs of migrant and seasonal farm workers (MSFW) and their family members. MHSI operates eight nurse-managed clinics and two advocacy program centers in Minnesota and North Dakota. Nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants are on staff at your year-round locations. You may qualify for services at Migrant Health Service, Inc. if you or someone in your household has been employed in agriculture during the past 24 months. Retired and disabled farmworkers also qualify.
