We receive 330 grant funding from HRSA which allows us provide medical services to individuals on a sliding fee discount schedule based on an ability to pay. A patient’s sliding fee discount is determined based on the patient’s income. Proof of income is required to be brought to the facility at time of the first appointment and annually, thereafter. Additionally, we accept all private insurance including Medicare, Medicaid, SoonerCare, and others. Anyone can utilize the services of South Central Medical & Resource Center.
