ACTION (Accessible, Comprehensive Treatment In Our Neighborhoods) Health Services has its own home! ACTION Community Health Center opened in January 2018. The new center offers accessible and affordable healthcare available to all in the community. Services include primary medical care for all ages, preventive and restorative dental services, and behavioral health counseling. ACTION CHC will also connect patients to additional services, such as optometry, podiatry, and substance use disorder treatment located up the hill at Fitchburg Community Health Center.
