Details: At HCC LIC, you will have a reliable team of health-care professionals who work together with you to tailor a health care plan that addresses what you need to do to remain healthy and to manage any illnesses/diseases you may have. Veterans and their families are welcomed by staff who understand their special issues and challenges such as physical and emotional trauma, unemployment and homelessness. We offer case conferences to help you and your loved ones address obstacles, to motivate commitment, to enlist support and to review the course of treatment. Staff in our Entitlements Department will provide assistance with health benefits and insurance if needed.
