Clinic Details: We are a local healthcare center for the greater Safford, Arizona area providing primary care, family planning, pediatric and dental services. We offer affordable health care on a sliding fee scale basis and financial assistance with state and federal programs. Services are provided to all persons without regard to age, sex, race, religion, ethnic origin, or any other factor. Canyonlands Healthcare is a federally qualified community health center providing affordable health services. We also offer Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid and alcohol substance use.
