Details: The East Valley outpatient clinic is one of 11 operated county-wide by Santa Clara Valley Medical Center (SCVMC), and opened its doors in 1998. Here, you’ll find the same high-quality care and coordination available at all SCVMC locations. Our friendly and highly-qualified doctors, nurses, and staff offer a wide variety of services, including urgent care for adults and children, family medicine, internal medicine, Ob/Gyn, pediatrics, lab, radiology/diagnostic imaging, convenient on-site pharmacy, and more.

Details: The CompreCare Health Center offers Family and Pediatric medicine, Women’s Health Services (OB/GYN), Nutritional Services and Education, Dental, Optometry, WIC, Perinatal Substance Abuse Counseling, and MediCal Eligibility. Free parking is available in the Health Center parking lot on Rose Avenue off of South White Road; and the Health Center is within walking distance of VTA bus route numbers 25, 45, and 71. Patients can receive medical advice from the on-call doctor when the Health Center is closed by calling 408.272.6300
