We serve more than 3,000 patients of all ages and income levels in Northern Carroll County and Western Maine. We take a broad approach to health care and are committed to meeting a wide range of health needs for the individual and family. Our providers take the time to know their patients, knowing that many factors can affect a person’s health. We support each patient’s health by: Providing basic primary and preventive care; Connecting patients with supportive resources both inside and outside of the health center; Ensuring that patients have access to health care regardless of financial situation. And we always keep an eye out for other ways to help our patients - even if it’s just serving as a sympathetic ear.
