Details: G. A. Carmichael is a 330 Community Health Center nonprofit agent providing primary care services in Madison, Yazoo, and Humphreys Counties. G. A. Carmichael Family Health Center, (GACFHC) formally Madison, Yazoo, Leake Family Health Center has been in existence since July 1972. In December 1987, G. A. Carmichael expanded our health care services to Humphreys County. From establishment to expansion, residents of Madison, Yazoo and Humphreys counties in Central Mississippi have received accessible, affordable, quality health care from their neighbors at G. A. Carmichael Family Health Center.
