Care is available for infants, children and adults. The KishHealth System Center for Family Health is also a clinical training site for NIU nursing, nurse practitioner, dietetics, public health and clinical laboratory science students.

Details: HealthReach is a free medical clinic that provides a patient-centered medical home to 5000 of the uninsured, underserved residents of Lake County, Illinois. The clinic has been in continuous operation since 1992. From the humble beginnings of a 2000-square-foot storefront clinic, HealthReach has grown in its 20 years to include two large clinics and a licensed pharmacy. In 1992, 1000 clinic visits were recorded. In 2012, we provided 20,918 patient encounters and 26,892 medications that improved patient outcomes.
Remarks: Hours of operation: Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 4:30 pm. The clinic is closed for lunch between noon and 1:00 pm. Saturdays are scheduled as needed.
