Health care has always been a pillar of the Huron community and Horizon Health Care is now bringing community-directed health care to the mix. Situated in a brand new, 12,000 square foot community health center located at the Huron Mall, providers and staff at James Valley Community Health Center provide patients with quality, affordable family medicine, women’s health, mental health care as well as x-ray and lab services weekdays 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. We accept all insurance and offer reduced prices on office visits and all other services provided in the clinic to all individuals and families who qualify through the Sliding Fee Program. Providing tailor-made access to care in Huron requires offering translation services to the Hispanic and Karen members of the community. With full-time Spanish and Karen translators on staff, Horizon is dedicated to serving all populations that make up the Huron community. We partner with other local Huron agencies dedicated to providing patients with high quality health care and look forward to serving the Huron community for many years to come!
