Mountain Park Health Center is a non-profit Community Health Center. We provide whole-patient care for the whole family. Our integrated model helps save our healthcare system nearly $90 Million each year. More importantly, we’re keeping 80,000 of our neighbors healthy. Located on the Tempe St. Luke’s campus, our current Tempe Clinic is available to serve our patients in the East Valley. Even though our Tempe clinic is one of our smaller locations, we still provide the same great service, including access to medication from our Baseline pharmacy. Our patients also have easy access to our WIC department, located just a floor below.
