Our Effingham location provides Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Behavioral Health, Dental Care plus Children and Family Counseling services. We strive in every way to treat the whole family. Our staff and patients alike appreciate Effingham’s rural community and its small town hospitality. In the event a patient is struggling financially, our health center’s central location allows the team of providers to work closely with other local agencies such as Catholic Charities, FISH, local churches and food banks.
