Health Start School Based Clinics are part of Minnesota Community Care, a private, nonprofit community clinic. We provide integrated wellness care at 10 public high schools in St. Paul-AGAPE, Central, Como, Creative Arts, Gordon Parks, Harding, Highland, Humboldt, Johnson, and Washington.
