Winters Healthcare is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in beautiful Northern California dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate health care to each person, regardless of his or her ability to pay. We are a small, non-profit organization providing primary care to over 3000 patients via a team-based model that includes integrated behavioral health, perinatal and dental services. We are committed to serving the all those in the community with the best possible care whether they have private insurance, public insurance or no insurance.
