The Clover Fork Outpatient Medical Project is a not for profit organization committed to maintain the highest standard of medical care while serving the underserved communities of Harlan county, Kentucky. As specialists in primary care, we seek to provide excellent, comprehensive, patient centered healthcare in order to improve and maintain the quality of life of each member of the family.
