The Monterey Peninsula RotaCare Clinic is fully staffed with volunteer physicians, including a pediatrician. Volunteer staff also includes nurses and clerical positions from the local Rotary Clubs and community. We are a non-invasive, acute care facility; however, we have many physicians that do pro-bono work for us outside the clinic as needed. Our transfer agreement with Community Hospital takes care of all our blood tests, x-rays, ultrasound and cardiograms. Because we have an agreement with corporate Walgreens, our patients pay nothing for their first prescription of medication, however additional prescriptions are paid for by the patient.
