The Richard F. Clark Medical Clinic provides primary care and preventive healthcare to low-income uninsured Hampton & Newport News residents who do not have the resources to meet their medical needs. Patients must be uninsured and at or below 300% Federal Poverty Guidelines. The clinic is open by appointment only and patients must be screened for eligibility. This clinic is operated by a paid Clinic Coordinator and volunteer staff. The HELP Dental Clinic provides dental services to low-income uninsured Hampton & Newport News residents that do not have the resources to meet their dental needs.
