School-Based Health Centers are offered in partnership with the 9R School District in La Plata County to provide accessible healthcare on site, designed to keep students healthy, in school and ready to learn. Our clinics are located at Durango High School and Florida Mesa Elementary School. All La Plata County students up to age 21 may enroll and access services at either one of the clinics. This includes home-schooled youth, online learners, charter school and private school students. In addition, siblings of students ages 2 to 21 are also welcome.
