This clinic is the worst one I have ever seen in my life. I had a check up appointment today at 11 am and another one at 3 pm to discuss some issues related to my refugee health screening. I came to the clinic at 10:45 am and finished the regestration and was taken to the examination room. After some minutes the clinic manager came and told ' you cannot have two appointments at the same day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! she started discussing and arguing with me  and at last I was refused to be seen by a doctor ,,, guess why? she said because there is no time left and she offered me another appointment after 4 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!! the other thing ,we asked her to talk to the refugee organization representative...She did but told this representative that our appointment was at 8:45 am and we came at 11 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really cannot name this type of behaviour . I contacted the manager 10 days ago regarding our refugee screening. I told her that I have only few days after which I have to leave. She said " I will contact you within a couple of days but I did not hear from her at all. they spoiled my whle day.
