Tri-Cities Community Health was incorporated in 1981 but didn't get started in it's present location until late in 1982. By October of 1983, we had 13 employees, with an operating budget of about $300,000. There were two doctors with 3,000 square feet of working space. The number of patient visits numbered about 9,000. We had no dental, mental health, housing, WIC, First Steps, nor a Kennewick satellite site.
