  • Clinic Details: Mat-Su Health Services, Inc. is a community health center. We are dedicated to helping every patient receive the care they need, regardless of their ability to pay. Our model of care includes family medicine, women's health services, dental care and behavioral health care. We offer early-morning and evening appointments to accommodate a variety of work schedules and daily routines. Most importantly, our services are here to help individuals who may be underinsured or uninsured. Our sliding payment scale provides a discount on health services for qualifying patients, based on family size and income.
