Clinic Details:Open Door Health Center (ODHC) is an independently owned and operated, non profit community health center, providing quality and affordable medical, dental, and behavioral health care to all people in Southern Minnesota. Many private insurance plans are accepted, as well as MinnesotaCare and Medical Assistance (MA). Individuals with high deductible insurance and those without insurance may be eligible for discounts based on our sliding fee system, taking into account their income and household size.

Details: Scott County Public Health's mobile clinic is a free medical clinic for uninsured and under-insured Scott County residents. The Scott County Mobile Health Clinic is made possible by a partnership between Scott County Public Health and the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC). Scott County Public Health provides all the medical and nursing services for the clinic. The SMSC provides the Mobile Health Unit. Public Health’s partnership with SMSC enables the clinic to be brought directly to those in need by traveling to various locations within Scott County every two to three weeks.
