Details: The Children’s Dental Center opened on July 1, 2011 and is located at Children’s Center, 79 West Alexandrine, 3rd floor, Detroit, MI 48201. Approved by the US Bureau of Primary Health Care, AHC opens new satellite pediatric dental center effective July 1, 2011. In keeping with its mission of “providing primary and preventive health care to Metro Detroit’s insured, underinsured, uninsured, and homeless men, women, and children” the new center will improve the quality of care for current patients, and access to pediatric dental services for the general public.

In 2003, DHCH expanded its mission to include all of those who are uninsured, or who live in areas where there are not enough doctors available. Since then, DHCH has done business as Advantage Health Centers and now operates a network of medical and dental clinics. As a federally qualified health center (FQHC) agency, Advantage is governed by a consumer-majority, volunteer Board of Directors. Advantage is a 501(c) (3) non-profit agency.

Details: The Wellness Plan Medical Centers (TWP) is comprised of six medical centers located in metro Detroit. We are recognized by The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a PCMH. The NCQA seal is a widely recognized symbol of quality. A PCMH is a model of health care that makes patients the number one priority. PCMHs strive to build stronger relationships between medical professionals and their patients. Details: The Dr. Albert B. Cleage, Sr. Memorial Health Center (ABCMHC) is a FREE CLINIC, originally sponsored by The Shrines of the Black Madonna of the Pan-African Orthodox Christian Church. ABCMHC is now a completely independent non-profit 501(c)3 agency. We have no geographical limitations. ABCMHC welcomes all uninsured patients (18-64 years of age) and has no geographical service limitations.
