I REALLY LIKE DIS CLINIC COMPARED TO THE 1 IN THE NORTH ON DEL PASO, there waiting room is HUGE n they have plenty of windows to help each n everyone

This clinic have a huge staff, but so unprofessional. The dr. That I was seen is so rude and did not care to listen. Careless to hear what I have to say about my issue. Told me that I have eczema, and will send my treatment to the pharmacy right away, once I leave the clinic. It was thursday. Friday, I called and check up on my prescription at my pharmacy, nothing was call in. Waited til monday, call the clinic, spoke with one of the staff, and she informed me that it will be send it over now. Didnt get my prescription til today which is wednesday!! Pick up my prescription, and guess what. The cream was to treat for psorasis, not eczema! What!!! Im am so disappointed! Why work there, when you cant do your career correctly and provide proper care for all patients! Will never go there again! And do not recommend for anyone else!

Honestly this place is wonderful for our low income community. It helps us out very much and with the amount of staff they have helping everyone it's alwaiys a smooth sailing... BUT the doctor i had was very VERY insincere. I don't know if it was just me or not, but i'm 27 and with my first child. The least he could do was assure me that everything is ok and ask if i had any concern or questions. What does he asks? NOTHING!!. He just rushed in after 20mns of waiting in the room. Say ok come again next time, and we will only do blood work this time. Second visit, rushed in, told me to sit, took a 5mn ultrasound ( it's a freaking first ultrasound! he could have been caring enough and told me my baby is healthy and doing well) and says looks good. Took a picture and says ok see you next time. What!!? I never even got to share the moment of seeing my first ultrasound. This is bull. If this is how he is, how can anyone choose him as their doctor. I understand we are low income and you just want to get us in and out real quick, but we are people too. As a doctor your job is to help the community. I will be changing doctor real soon. Who is he? DR. Limanon.
Comment from sandy: WORST SERVICE EVER! TOOK MY KIDS IN FOR DENTAL CLEANING. WAITED FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR TO BE SEEN FOR LIKE 5 MINUTES. LIKE WTH! THEY DON'T CARE FOR THEIR PATIENTS. THEY'LL MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR EVERY SINGLE ONE ITEM OR SERVICE NEEDED. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU NEED A FILLING AND AN EXTRACTION, THAT'LL BE TWO SEPARATE APPOINTMENTS. WASTE OF TIME!
Comment from Linda: I was seen here at the end of September. At first I was happy the doctor said he was sending a referral for me to see a chiropractor and a ortho specialist, plus started me on different meds. I thought wow a doctor who knows what he's doing. That all changed quickly when I went to get my meds, my insurance didn't cover them even though he knew what ins I had. He even said he was going to check to make sure my insurance covered them. The pharmacy tried to contact him to change it to generic so it can get approved but he has not contacted them yet as of today. I also still haven't gotten a call from ortho or the chiropractor. I got a call a few weeks ago from Methodist hospital who scheduled this appointment for me at this clinic, she has also called like myself and left messages for this Doctor and neither of us have gotten a return call yet. This past week his answering machine says the mailbox is full so I give up, I'm changing physicians.

Getting through on the phone is ridiculously slow if possible at all. Then leaving a message is a joke. It does nothing. After being told that I need surgery for a growth 3 months ago, I can not talk to anyone or get a response from my voicemails. Terrible, terrible customer service.
